Emergency Relief
Owing to continual civil war and conflict, communities in Afghanistan often face and experience unacceptable and cataclysmic occurrences and people are dreadfully affected by the incidents. This is the time where people require and are in dire need of relief services and response. In such circumstances, HEALTHO renders affected people and communities, hit by calamities, quick and fast-track emergency relief services, no matter whether they are in remote or nearby proximities.
HEALTHO always strives to build strong liaison with local communities to well response to emergencies, assist communities and minimize likely dependence of people via financial and/or material support. HEALTHO’s assistance and emergency relief services may include, but not limited to:
- Transport and supplies
- Food parcels and/or clothing
- Budgeting assistance/Financial support
Telemedicine in Six Provinces of Afghanistan (10th February 2018 to 31st December 2018)
HEALTHO implemented the Telemedicine Project (Pilot Phase) in six provinces
Medical Education through E-Learning in Kabul and Mazar-i-Shairf Provinces, Afghanistan (August 2017 to September 2019)
The project focused on growing up the capacity of the
BLS and EMT Training for Women in Kabul Province (Nov 15, 2018 till July 31, 2019)
Under this project HEALTHO trained 90 women in Basic Life
