HEALTHO implemented the Telemedicine Project (Pilot Phase) in six provinces of Afghanistan with the Technical and Financial Assistance of Afghan German Doctor Association (ADAV-Weimer). Under this project HEALTHO trained 90 women in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training in Kabul. Each trainee attended five months’ classes. The training course covered both practical and theoretical teachings. Job Placement was an essential component of the project. HEALTHO also provided training to the graduates on interview skills and
